专利摘要:
Removable bearer members in the form of rails are removably mounted on studs at the picking and catching side. The bearer members allow the air duct to be moved horizontally out of the vertical plane of the shafts of the shedding mechanism so as to permit removal of the shafts during a warp beam change.

This invention relates to a textile machinery industry and relates to a weaving machine.
A weaving loom is known, which contains mechanisms for tissue-forming, mounted in a housing that includes a collar, mounted on the side frames above the hem in the direction of the weft yarn and connected to the suction line, and dampers that are hinged to the cap and. overlying the chest and cliff Cl
The disadvantage of a lime machine is the complexity of its maintenance, due to the fact that the cap is rigidly fixed above the fabric formation plane and when changing shafts it must be removed along with the overlapping shutters.
The aim of the invention is to improve the serviceability of the machine.
To achieve this goal, in a weaving machine, which contains fabric-forming mechanisms mounted in a casing, a cap is inserted into the side frames over the hem in the direction of the weft yarn and connected to. the suction pipe and the dampers, which are wired to the cap and switch the chest and the rock, have a removable guide rail mounted on the side frames with the possibility of plane-parallel displacement, and the hood is mounted on the guides with the possibility of sliding.
In addition, each removable guide has a ring with a lever fixed on it and a closed groove inclined to the horizontal plane, and the side frames have latches, some of which are mounted in guide grooves and others in eccentric rings.
In this case, the removable directions to the Cie have cantilever sections that are displaced in the direction of the outlet. A suction line is placed above the removable rails.
Figure 1 shows the weaving machine from the commodity side; figure 2 - section aa in figure 1; Figure 3 shows a cap with raised flaps in the extreme left position; figure 4 - the same, in the extreme right position; Fig. 5: an attachment assembly for guides.
The loom 1 has two side frames 2 and 3, bore 4, guiding the roller 5, a clamping roller 6 for picking up the goods roller 7, pressure roller 8 and product roller 9 The weaving shed 10 is formed by weaving heddle 11 (shown schematically. Weft yarns 12 are introduced into the throat from the bobbin 13 with a supply of yarn, for example, by means of a gripping movable element 14.
Above the shims 11, there is a channel of the suction pipe 15 for removing the volatile dust, contaminated mist, etc., which runs along the entire width of the weaving machine in a parallel weft yarn. Channel 16 is made in the cap 17, which is located on two carriers x 18 and 19, which, for their part, are fixed on both side frames 2 and 3. The side paNftj 2 and 3 together with the carrier ly 18 and 19 form the end sections of the weaving machine 1 .
The duct 16 is connected using hinges 20 overlapping flaps 21 and 22. The flap 21 overlaps the fabric-forming plane located on the side of the base 23 and the flap 22 overlaps the fabric-forming section 25 on the product side 24. From the hinge 20 each passes overlap steeply down along shafts 11. After bending 26, both flaps and a section 27 run along sections 23 or Accordingly 25 of the plane of formation of the fabric 24 more flat. At the free end, the flap passes again more steeply (section 28), so that a relatively large section 29 of the filaments overlaps, the base between the guide roller 5 and the clamping roller 6.
Due to the corresponding shafts 11 and the adjacent areas 26 or 25 of the design of the overlap flaps 21 and 22, it is achieved that the volume in the spaces 30 and 31 is relatively small, so that the suction airflow 32 and 33 acquires a relatively high speed. Thus, in areas within parts 15, 21 and 22, a relatively strong absorption effect can be achieved, due to which volatile dust is sucked in especially efficiently. It enters through the openings of the air channel 16 (not shown j into the channel and from thereafter (arrow 34) to the outside through knee 35 and the control flap 36, as well as the fan and possibly a filter (not shown));
The loom 1 from the front side can be made with two overlapping plates 37 and 38, which are mounted on carriers 39. Next, from the base on the rod 40 is located, for example, a covering curtain 41 made of plastic film, the corresponding overlap is located on the product side 1st curtain 42 on the chest 43 loom. On the weft side, the curtain 44, curved 44 with bends 45 and 46, is located on the weft side, and the curtain is shifted to 1% 1 of the curtain 47 with bend 48.
If, when changing into 4, for example, remises 11 are removed, the flaps 21 and 22 open up, respectively, arrows 49 and 50 in position 51 and 52 (figure 3, From the upper side and from the gripping side on carriers 1B and 19, the directions 53 are located. For this purpose, the carriers 18 and 19 have two clamps 54 and 55. The guides 53 (Figs. 3 and 4J go one-side | R | ON to the right, direction to the commodity side.
The guides 53 have for placing the latch 54 sloping 56 sloping 56 and rotating an up 58 collar zyagagom 57, in which the latch 55 is eccentrically mounted. After the guides 53 are installed according to the position shown in figure 3, the ring 58 of each guide 53 from Figure 5 of the application is rotated POSITION; 59 (depicted by a dot-dotted line J. A way, each guide 53, when it is in its horizontal position, is shifted to position 60 (shown in dash-dotted lines and at the same time (FIG. 3) under the action of the ring 58 and the inclined groove 56 moves left.
In this case, the interaction is carried out with the carrier plate 61 fixed on the cap 17, and the cap 17. together with flaps 21 and; 22 rises to the top position (fig. 3, dash-dotted line.). In the suction line 62, a gap 63 then arises. Immediately thereafter, Parts 17, 21 and 22 can easily be moved along arrow 64 from the dash-dotted line position (FIG. 3) to the right up to Protrusion 65 at positions 66, 67 and 68 (D.4 ). Parts 17, 21 and 22 are no longer above shims 11, so that they can be removed upwards.
On the guides 53, for example, roller gears or roller chains along which the cap 17 together with the flaps 21 and 22 can be moved forward can be arranged. Air-conditioned air can also be supplied through the air channel, which can be discharged through the bottom air, for example, between the channel 4 and the product roller 9. In addition to this, the shutter valve can be located only on one side of the cap, for example, on the side of the base. With the help of calendaring parts, it can also be muted by creating an H1um machine. The air duct may be constructed in two parts (for example, two pipes arranged side by side).
